A Message from the Director of Athletics

The mission of Chase's Athletics Program is to inspire student-athletes to compete successfully in high school athletics with dedication and commitment. Through sports, student-athletes experience a comprehensive education at Chase Collegiate School.  A personalized learning environment provides opportunities for student-athletes to develop their leadership potential.

A hallmark of Chase's athletic successes is a policy that allows every student a chance to improve and develop his or her individual and team skills, vital in reaching the school community’s common goal of creating lifelong leaders and innovators. Chase's athletics program not only fosters camaraderie and school spirit, but also encourages student-athletes to demonstrate a winning effort, exhibit sportsmanship and exhibit respect, integrity, and faith for all.

Over the past several years, we have won numerous league championships in the Connecticut Independent School Athletic Conference and the Housatonic Valley Athletic League.   In addition, we have won twenty-five Western New England Preparatory Secondary Athletic Conference championships in the sports of lacrosse, cross-country, basketball, softball, ultimate frisbee, and soccer. We continue to strive to compete at the highest level of competition.

Innovation at Chase

We’ve integrated innovation and design thinking into our traditional curriculum – and created three high and low-tech design labs on campus, providing students the knowledge and space to chart their own course in terms of their approach to a project and the outcome they produce.
