The Business Office provides the Chase community with various financial services including assisting families with selecting the appropriate tuition payment options, processing of accounts payable/receivables and payroll.

Payment of Tuition
We understand the financial commitment families make when sending their child/children to Chase and make every effort to implement payment systems that allow families to select options which fit their needs.

Program features covered by tuition: Instruction, Textbooks (Grade PreK-5), Lunch (except PreK) and snack, Art fees, Academic Services, Before-school care (beginning at 7:15 AM), Accident insurance, and Interscholastic Sports. Tuition Refund Insurance is available at an additional charge.
Billing statements are generated monthly and will be sent prior to the due date of each installment. There are no statements generated for those students with a zero or credit balance on their account. Ancillary charges (field trips, technology fees, after care, etc) will be billed and are payable on a monthly basis. Tuition Payment Options
Chase Collegiate School offers four options for making tuition payments and encourage you to select one that best suits your needs.
$2,000 (domestic students) or $5,000 (international students)
Enrollment Deposit is due with contract (non-refundable).
- Option 1: One Installment: net tuition due June 1, 2015
- Option 2: Two Installments: net tuition, paid in two installments--60% due June 1, 2015/40% balance due September 1, 2015
- Option 3: Two Installments: net tuition, paid in two installments--60% due July 1, 2015/40% balance due December 1, 2015
- Option 4: Ten Monthly Installments, paid monthly May, 2015 through February, 2016.
- Option 4 requires participation in the Tuition Refund Plan at a cost of 1.8% of net tuition. A one-time fee of $35 is required for this billing option. Please include this payment with the contract.

Tuition Refund Plan
The Tuition Refund Plan (hereinafter, “TRP”) is a plan which provides financial protection in many situations of unforeseen student absence, including student withdrawal or dismissal and may be (if you choose Option 1 or 2 above) or must be (if you choose Option 3 or 4 above) purchased by you to cover the event of withdrawal or dismissal of Student from the School and will, subject to the terms herein, provide a partial refund of 65% of any unused prepaid tuition (excluding the Enrollment Deposit, Incidental Charges and any other amounts due to the School), which amount will be offset against any outstanding tuition, Incidental Charges or other amounts due to the School. TRP refunds may be claimed only during the period from October 5, 2015 through March 31, 2016. No refunds pursuant to TRP will be made after March 31, 2016. The cost of participation in the TRP per student is 1.8% of net tuition for the academic year. No refunds will be made for withdrawal or dismissal unless the TRP is elected by you and the applicable TRP fees are paid. In no event will any portion of the Enrollment Deposit be refunded. No refunds under the TRP will be made for any reason unless the student attends for 19 complete class days.
