The Business Office provides the Chase community with various financial services including assisting families with selecting the appropriate tuition payment options, processing of accounts payable/receivables, payroll, and transportation services.

Payment of Tuition
We understand the financial commitment families make when sending their child/ren to Chase and make every effort to implement payment systems that allow families to select options which fit their needs.
MAKE A PAYMENT ONLINE The school provides families with options to pay online or by check. We are unable to accept credit cards for tuition payments. (Printable Instructions)
Program features covered by tuition: Instruction, Textbooks (Grade PreK-5), Lunch (except PreK) and snack, ERB testing, Art fees, Academic Services, Before-school care (beginning at 7:15 AM), Accident insurance, and Interscholastic Sports. Tuition Refund Insurance is available at an additional charge.
Billing statements are generated monthly and will be sent prior to the due date of each installment. There are no statements generated for those students with a zero or credit balance on their account. Ancillary charges (transportation, after care, etc) will be billed and are payable on a monthly basis. Tuition Payment Options
Chase Collegiate School offers three options for making tuition payments and encourage you to select one that best suits your needs.
Tuition is paid in one installment due on June 1, 2013. There are no fees associated with this option.
Tuition is paid in three installments:
On August 1, 2013 60% of the tuition balance is due.
On January 1, 2014 25% of the tuition balance is due.
On March 1, 2014 15% of the tuition balance is due.
There are no fees associated with this option.
Tuition is paid in ten equal installments due on the first of each month from May through February. The monthly payment plan option requires that all tuition obligations be paid in full on or before February 1. There is a $35.00 fee assessed to those choosing this payment option. For those students enrolling after May, the number of installments will be reduced (i.e June through February will be nine installments, etc).
