Posted 07/16/2012 10:41AM

Specialty camps are one-to two-week camps and workshops designed for children with creative minds who are ready to learn new skills while having fun. Led by experienced teachers, these diverse and creative camps are sure to be a hit once again this season!

"How Cool Is That?!" (July 23- August 3)-This hands-on science camp offers inquiry-based, age-appropriate, messy yet educational science activities for children. Activities include dissecting owl pellets, making Alka-Seltzer rockets, and making your own toothpaste.

Camp Invention (August 13-17)- Camp Invention is a nationally acclaimed science experience filled with activities that foster creativity, teamwork, and inventive-thinking skills for elementary-aged children. Children will enrich their understanding of science, math, history, and the arts by participating in five modules each day.
