Supporting a capital project is a great way to leave a lasting impact on Chase’s beautiful, historic campus. Each capital campaign is effort to raise significant dollars for specific projects to help or improve a School asset.

Campus Pathways Project

The Project

This project will replace all of our asphalt sidewalks with beautiful stone pathways.

The Benefit

Improved pathways will enhance the campus “curb appeal” for present and prospective families, improve student safety and complement our beautiful campus and the recent capital projects that have enhanced campus grounds, such as the new front entrances and Linky’s Place, the new pavilion by the pond.

South Porch Restoration Project

The Project

The South Porch, built in 1927, as part of the School’s original building, now named Saint Margaret’s Hall, is a cherished campus landmark where students celebrate commencement each year. The original wisteria still climbs the balconies. Time has taken its toll on this beloved space and the project will include repairing and updating the South Porch, all while preserving the timeless historical elements our students, faculty and alum have all come to love.

The Benefit

Adding to the overall improved appearance of one of our oldest buildings will improve student safety and complement our historic campus.  Maintaining and preserving our roots for future generations is critically important.
