The Goss Field House, "Home of the Highlanders," was completed in 1973 and is the main athletic facility on campus. Every season, multiple teams practice on the courts, fields, and in the Field House.
Located on the South side of campus, the four athletic fields are used during the spring and fall seasons for soccer, cross country, lacrosse, baseball, softball and ultimate frisbee, the fields are irrigated using pond water.
A total of eight tennis courts are home for School’s three tennis teams beginning next year. Four re-surfaced Kellogg Tennis Courts run along the East side of campus near the Kellogg and Templeton Fields. An additional four tennis courts line the outskirts of the Woodward Athletic Fields, where Chase’s softball, Ultimate Frisbee and baseball teams compete.
The Fulkerson Arts Center is used in winter to house the wrestling team and Thirds/Middle School basketball teams. The Goss gym is used for volleyball in the fall and basketball in the winter.
All three seasons, the Goss Fitness Center is used for weight training and rowing training in winter. Chase swimming practices out of the Waterbury YMCA five days a week and the Varsity Rowing program practices on Lake Quassapaug in Middlebury.
