Chase is happy to accept gifts in honor or in memory of individuals. When you make your gift, please include the name and address of the individual you are honoring or the name and address of a family member for whom you are making a memorial gift. We will notify the individual or family of your thoughtfulness. All gifts made in honor of and in memory of individuals are listed in our Annual Report of Donors.
